Abhinav Pratap Singh, CEO & Founder

Abhinav Pratap Singh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bagnixx. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from COER, Uttarakhand, along with a PGDM in Industrial Automation from Jaipur. Before establishing Bagnixx, he worked with leading multinational companies such as Amazon and Legrand, gaining valuable industry experience. With over 6 years of entrepreneurial leadership, he has successfully transformed Bagnixx into a trusted name in the printing and packaging industry through innovation, customer-centric solutions, and a strong commitment to quality.

Deeksha Chauhan, Manager & Co-Founder

Deeksha Chauhan serves as the Manager and Co-Founder of Bagnixx. She holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JVPWU, Jaipur, and an M.Sc. in Physics from MJPRU, Uttar Pradesh. She plays a key role in managing business operations, customer relationships, and organizational development. Her analytical mindset, leadership skills, and dedication to operational excellence contribute significantly to the company's steady growth.

Chandra Mohan Singh, Sales & Marketing Head

Chandra Mohan Singh leads the Sales and Marketing division at Bagnixx. With over 15 years of experience in the print media industry, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Amar Ujala and Sunday Guardian. For the past 5 years, he has been instrumental in expanding Bagnixx's market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business development across diverse industries.

Laxman Yadav, Manufacturing Head

Laxman Yadav heads the Manufacturing Department at Bagnixx. With 10 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry and 5 years as an integral part of Bagnixx, he ensures efficient production, consistent product quality, and timely delivery. His expertise in manufacturing processes and quality management plays a vital role in maintaining the company's high standards.

Lt. Cdr. APS Chauhan, Mentor

Lt. Cdr. APS Chauhan is the mentor and strategic advisor to Bagnixx. He holds an M.Tech from IIT Delhi, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and an LL.B. He served the Indian Navy as a Lieutenant Commander for 10 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and discipline. He currently serves as General Manager (Security) at Indian Coalfields Limited, where he has been contributing for the past 8 years. His strategic vision, leadership experience, and mentorship continue to guide Bagnixx toward sustainable growth and organizational excellence.
